Products Description
Aluminum Coil is a metal material made of aluminum alloy sheets through continuous rolling and curling into a coil, usually stored and transported in the form of a coil. Its thickness range is wide (0.006mm~12mm), and its width can be customized according to demand (common 1000mm~2500mm), and it is widely used in industry, construction, transportation, packaging and other fields.
1. Lightweight
The density of aluminum is only 2.7g/cm³ (about 1/3 of steel), which has significant advantages in areas where weight reduction is required (such as automobiles and aerospace).
2. Strong Corrosion resistance
A dense oxide film (Al₂O₃) is naturally formed on the surface, which can resist atmospheric and seawater corrosion without additional coating, and is especially suitable for 5xxx series (such as 5083) shipbuilding materials.
